a modern residential house

The building is designed in three floors on piles. The ground floor consists of a parking lot, a warehouse, a motor house and a swimming pool.

There is a staircase for the main vertical access in the building, which continues from the ground floor to the roof, Access to the first floor is through this staircase.

First floor is reserved for receiving guests and there is even a guest room in it.

You can enter the second floor with the main staircase. The second and third floors are connected and in addition to the entrance from the main staircase, they have a secondary staircase from the interior that connects the children's living area to the parents. Therefore, the second floor includes public spaces, living rooms, kitchen, laundry, library and parents' room, and the second floor includes more private spaces such as private living rooms and children's rooms.

This building is adjacent to the street on three sides, and many terraces have been used throughout the project. In addition to the terraces that face the street, patio-like terraces are also used in different parts. The materials used are white brick, red brick, metal, glass and black cement.
